What platforms do you manage?
We manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Google My Business. The number of platforms depends on your chosen plan — Basic covers 1 platform, Standard covers 2, and Premium covers 3. We'll recommend the best platforms for your specific business and audience during onboarding.
Do I need to approve posts before they go live?
That's entirely up to you. Some clients prefer to review and approve content before it's published — we're happy to share a content calendar in advance for sign-off. Others prefer to hand over completely and trust us to get on with it. We work the way that suits you best.
Will you create graphics and images for posts?
Yes — all plans include designed graphics and imagery as part of the content creation. We use your brand colours, fonts, and logo to create visually consistent posts. If you have photos or videos you'd like us to use, you're welcome to share them — but it's not required.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. All our social media management plans are rolling monthly agreements. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. We ask for 30 days' notice before cancelling so we can wrap up the current month's content and hand everything back to you cleanly.
What if I want to post things myself as well?
Absolutely fine — and often a great idea. You retain full access to all your accounts. Many clients mix managed posts from us with occasional personal posts from them. We'll factor that in when building your content calendar so there's no overlap or inconsistency.
Do your packages include paid social media advertising?
The listed packages cover organic (unpaid) social media management. If you'd like to run paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn, we can manage that as an add-on service — ad spend is paid directly to the platform and managed separately from your monthly management fee.
How quickly will I see results?
Social media is a long game — most businesses see meaningful engagement growth within 2–3 months of consistent, quality posting. The key word is consistent: sporadic posting produces sporadic results. Our monthly reports track progress clearly so you can see the trajectory from day one.
