What does a WordPress maintenance plan actually include?
Depending on your plan, WordPress maintenance from WP Maintain includes: WordPress core updates, plugin and theme updates, automated cloud backups (weekly or daily), 24/7 security monitoring, database cleanup, uptime monitoring, performance audits, monthly reports and email or priority support. Standard and Premium plans also include free malware removal and monthly developer task credits.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No — all plans are rolling monthly subscriptions. You can cancel at any time with no penalty. We believe in earning your business every month through the quality of our work rather than locking you in.
Is malware removal included if my site gets hacked?
Malware removal is included free of charge on our Standard and Premium plans. If your site is compromised we'll clean it and restore a clean version from backup. On the Basic plan, malware removal is available as a paid add-on.

Yes. Our Standard and Premium plans are well-suited to WooCommerce stores. We ensure payment plugins, cart functionality and product data are kept up to date and backed up daily — minimising any risk of downtime or data loss that could affect sales.
What if something breaks after a plugin update?
Before applying major updates, we take a full backup of your site. If anything breaks after an update, we roll back to the previous working state immediately and investigate the compatibility issue — at no extra cost.
